This Refund Policy governs all financial transactions made on storysneak.com in connection with subscription plans or any other chargeable services provided by SKNTECH PRIVATE LIMITED.

1. Non-Refundable Nature of Subscriptions

All subscription fees paid to StorySneak are non-refundable as a general rule. Once a subscription is activated and platform access is granted, no refund will be issued for the unused portion of the subscription period. Users are encouraged to take full advantage of any free trials or preview content available before purchasing a plan.

2. Exceptions — Eligible Refund Scenarios

Refund requests will be considered only in the following clearly defined circumstances:

  • A confirmed duplicate payment processed due to a technical error on our payment system
  • Total platform unavailability for the complete duration of a paid billing cycle, verified and attributable solely to StorySneak infrastructure failure
  • A provably fraudulent or unauthorised transaction, reported to us in writing within 7 calendar days of the charge date

3. Ineligible Refund Scenarios

The following situations do not qualify for a refund under any circumstances:

  • Unused days remaining in an active subscription period
  • Cancellation of a subscription after the renewal charge has been processed
  • Dissatisfaction with content volume, genre variety, or specific titles available on the platform
  • Platform access issues caused by the user's device, browser, or internet connection
  • Account termination resulting from a violation of our Terms and Conditions

4. How to Apply for a Refund

Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@storysneak.com with the subject line "Refund Request — StorySneak". The request must include:

  • Full name and registered email address associated with the account
  • Unique transaction or payment reference number
  • Date and amount of the charge
  • A detailed explanation of the basis for the refund request

Incomplete requests will not be processed. We reserve the right to request additional documentation to verify the claim.

5. Review and Resolution Timeline

Our billing team will acknowledge your refund request within 2 business days. A final decision will be communicated within 7 to 10 business days of receiving a complete and valid request.

6. Refund Disbursement

Approved refunds will be returned exclusively to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Refund processing timelines are subject to the policies of your bank or payment provider and typically take between 10 and 14 business days to reflect.

7. Amendments

StorySneak reserves the right to amend this Refund Policy at any time. Updates will be posted on this page. Your continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
