This Agreement is entered into between you ("User") and SKNTECH PRIVATE LIMITED ("Company"), governing your access to and use of the storysneak.com platform.

1. Agreement to Terms

Accessing, browsing, registering on, or streaming content from StorySneak.com constitutes your acceptance of these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any provision of this Agreement, you must refrain from using the platform.

2. User Eligibility

  • Users must be a minimum of 13 years of age to access StorySneak
  • Users between 13 and 18 years of age must obtain parental or guardian consent prior to registration
  • All registration information provided must be truthful, accurate, and kept up to date
  • The Company reserves the right to verify user information and refuse service at its discretion

3. Account Ownership and Security

  • Each user is permitted to hold one registered account on StorySneak
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
  • You must not disclose your password to any third party or permit unauthorised account access
  • The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to secure your account credentials
  • Report any suspected account compromise immediately to contact@storysneak.com

4. Platform Licence

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, SKNTECH PRIVATE LIMITED grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, and revocable licence to access and use StorySneak.com for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence expressly excludes:

  • Downloading, screen-recording, capturing, or archiving any content from the platform
  • Reverse engineering, decompiling, or extracting source code from the platform
  • Using the platform or its content for commercial exploitation, public performance, or re-broadcast
  • Deploying automated tools to access, index, or harvest platform content or data

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on storysneak.com — including original series, artwork, interface design, brand assets, code, and music — is the sole property of SKNTECH PRIVATE LIMITED or its content licensors and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, published, transmitted, or adapted without explicit written consent from the Company.

6. Subscription Terms

  • Access to premium content requires a valid paid subscription
  • Subscriptions are billed in advance on the cycle selected at the time of purchase
  • All payments are final and non-refundable except as outlined in our Refund Policy
  • The Company reserves the right to revise subscription pricing with a minimum of 30 days' prior notice to active subscribers
  • Subscriptions will auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date

7. Prohibited Activities

Users of StorySneak agree not to:

  • Upload, share, or transmit content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or in violation of any law
  • Impersonate StorySneak, the Company, or any other user or entity
  • Interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity or security of the platform
  • Use the platform to distribute spam, phishing material, or malicious code
  • Circumvent geographic or access restrictions implemented by the platform

8. Content Availability and Changes

StorySneak reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any content from the platform at any time without prior notice. Content availability may vary based on licensing agreements, regional restrictions, or editorial decisions. We do not guarantee the perpetual availability of any specific title.

9. Suspension and Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that the Company, at its sole discretion, deems harmful to the platform or its users. Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement immediately cease.

10. Disclaimer

StorySneak is provided on an "as is" basis. The Company makes no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted service. We do not guarantee that the platform will be free of errors or technical interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

SKNTECH PRIVATE LIMITED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind arising from your use of the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. All disputes arising under or in relation to this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kochi, Kerala, India.
